A passionate coach who enjoys fostering individuals’ personal and professional development. I am an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) accredited coach by the ICF, an EIA-accredited mentor, an ITCA-accredited team coach by EMCC Global, as well as a certified trainer.

Working closely with multiple coaching platforms and partners I am focusing on assisting individuals and groups in reaching their full potential and overcoming challenges that may emerge in their personal, professional, or organizational lives.

After a decade at an international financial company, I specialized in optimizing processes and enhancing team collaboration for improved efficiency. Holding a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, I significantly contributed to helping organizations establish more efficient and cooperative work environments. During my journey, I fell profoundly in love with coaching, enhancing soft skills, mentoring leaders, and guiding co-development sessions. Collaborating on career advancement plans and developing competency matrices for team leaders and staff are a few of my significant initiatives.

I was born and raised in France; I moved to Portugal in 2000 to further my education. I hold a degree in Public-Private Administration from the Faculty of Law at the University of Coimbra, along with a master’s in business and public Auditing with a specialization in Finance from Coimbra Business School, ISCAC.

In addition to my job responsibilities, I offer my time to volunteer for several organizations. I joined the ICF Chapter Portugal team in 2022, and from 2023 onward, I have been a mentor for PMI Portugal. Since 2019, I have been involved in the "Friendship on the Line" project with Serve the City.

Music and dance have always played a significant role in my life, shaping my career journey in impressive ways. I boundless curiosity about life and gratitude for its simple elements have propelled my to study human behavior, fueling my ongoing passion for discovery and understanding. I find an endless supply of inspiration and inventiveness in the world of art.

Ás para Voar in English "Ace to Fly" is inspired by the expression “asas para voar”, which translates to "wings to fly"—when someone is given the support, confidence, and resources to move forward. We made a small intentional change: We replaced “asas”, which means "wings", with “Ás”, which is "Ace" because those who invest in their personal and professional development hold the best asset in their hands.
